The hotel was great in a nice area, close to stores, the Mets stadium, and plenty of dining options. the location was peaceful and perfect, with a nearby restaurant called I Dream of Falafel where we enjoyed eating.

Truly enjoyed it. Well, it was a perfectly pleasant stay on vacation. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring this pretty nice area, near to the Mets stadium as well as PGA Village.

I liked the hotel, it's great and exceptionally friendly and the location is PARTICULARLY GOOD in the middle of jackson. Location: the property was close to PGA Village, and many dining establishments. Also, a baseball stadium was 2 miles away.

Our stay was very pleasant. 100% recommend this hotel to others. Everything was great. Favorable location in the middle of Jackson. the staff were extremely friendly. the service was excellent with parking nearby.

cassandra the beautiful lady at reception was fantastic. went out of her way to make my stay enjoyable. anything i needed she herself took the time to accomindate me. she is a true employee who loves her job and takes great pride in working there. always had a smile and took the time to ask about my day. every hotel should have a cassandra working for them.

some nights a little noisey. they were preparing for the baseball players arrival for spring training and changing the furniture in the rooms.

Room size was great. Maids easy to communicate with. Spoke english well.

Not much for kids ro do. Hotel computer off limits. Nothing for them to do. My kids were bored.

Loved having a room with 2 beds and a sofa bed - perfect for family or friends. 🛋️.

It was quiet and comfortable. The rooms were clean and service was excellent. The rooms were equiped well. It was a pet friendly place.

Rooms were a little dark with the color scheme.

Location. If satidifed wuold ahve stayed agin but not satidfied, since I need to be in this location often

Smelly, dirty carpets, (palmetto bugs), poor room located by the outside smokers area, and we are not somoker, therefor no privacy as windows looked directly at the covered patiosmokers area, poor breakfastt-would have liked at least a hard boiled egg.

The suite we stayed in was clean and had two beds along with a sofa bed.

The young woman that was station at the desk was very friendly, professional, and efficient!!

The staff here was incredibly helpful and respectful, which made my vacation stay very enjoyable with no complaints.

It was very close to the pga Learning Facility which was the purpose of my trip. On a second note, they have to put less clorax on their laundry process.

The pillows were too small! And again, too much clorax on the bed sheets

The location of the hotelm, and interior of the suite were good.

Very noisy, you could hear noises from hall, lobby, and above the room. I would not recommend taking a room on the first floor if you want quiet. Attention to amentities lacking. Housekeeping did not refresh soap, shampoo, or in room coffee. Complimentary breakfast leaves you hungry. This is a roadside hotel next to pga Village. Windows look out to the parking lot.
